Italian Beef Meatballs (GF)
Our meatballs are delicious, soft & tender and come in a rich tomato sauce with traditional Italian herbs & vegetables served with a small amount of high protein penne pasta to keep the carbohydrate level down. We prepare the meatballs using premium grade mince and cook them in the sauce to keep the oil content down.

Microwave: Peel corner of film before heating. From frozen, heat for 4-5 minutes on high, stirring occasionally. From defrosted, heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir and heat further if required. Stand for 1-2 minutes for natural water content from meal to settle before opening. Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.

Stove: From defrosted, transfer meal to a saucepan and stir, if required, for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
