Microwave: Remove lid fully, replace lightly. If defrosted - for best results, heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir and heat further if required. From frozen - 2-3 minutes. Stir and heat further if required. Stove: Once defrosted - stir fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
