Each day on The Refresh Program™ has been nutritionally planned so you achieve incredible results and gain the nourishment your body needs.
Your daily plan is:
• 2 x Tony Ferguson High Protein shakes
• 1 x Be Fit Food meal
• 2 x Protein Snacks (choose from Be Fit Food or select from the Recommended Extras list)
• Side salads and non-starchy vegetables from our Recommended Extras list
• 2 Litres of Water per day
If you prefer a shake for dinner, you can swap your Be Fit Food meal for any meal of the day.
