This mini detox is the perfect way to get back on track. It contains 3 days of all your meals and snacks (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners and 7 snacks), which are low in saturated fat, high in protein, low in sodium, containing a minimum of 4-12 vegetables and provide a high source of dietary fibre.
Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and 15g of carbs.
