Vegetable & Chickpea Frittata (GF) (V)
This frittata has 8 different hand-chopped fresh vegetables mixed with egg and herbs and then cooked in the oven until golden brown. This is one of our most popular vegetarian dishes and includes a variety of vegetables to pack loads of flavour and nutrients. We've added chickpeas for texture and flavour but especially for the added protein.

Microwave: Peel corner of film before heating. From frozen, heat for 4-5 minutes on high, stirring occasionally. From defrosted, heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir and heat further if required. Stand for 1-2 minutes for natural water content from meal to settle before opening. Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
*I might be a little bit watery after heating but that’s because I am all natural, full of veggies and zero artificial thickeners. Simply drain me before you serve & enjoy the goodness!”
Stove: From defrosted, transfer meal to a saucepan and stir, if required, for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
