A Small Meal portion is roughly the size of your fist. We have made our food to be less than 300cal so that with 3 meals per day under 1000cal are eaten. To make the meal larger, but not increase the calorie content significantly, a small serve of green vegetables or salad can be added.

All our Hot Meals, Soups and Salads have very, very similar nutritional content, so you can just choose a meal size and flavour you like and eat it for any meal of the day or week. AND they all have 4 to 12 veggies in them, a lean source of protein, and (together) meet almost 100% of your RDIs (Recommended Daily Intake).

  • Not for bariatric patients (these meals are too big to eat as a meal after weight loss surgery)

This portion is designed to meet the calorific and nutritional requirements of slower weight loss or to avoid excess calories restriction in diabetes. It is twice the size of the small size. We have made the Full meal portions to be around 500 calories, so that with 3 meals per day and combining with Small portions between 950 and 1250 Calories are eaten.

It is also suitable for weight loss maintenance and  the young, the old and for those with very active lifestyles. We have found that elite athletes and body builders can meet their precise nutritional requirements best with the Full serves. For BE ACTIVE: a Full serve for one meal of the day along with a (small sized) breakfast and one small serve meal plus 2 snacks will bring the calorie count to 1170 per day.

These meal sizes are exactly what our body needs. However, some people might find the meals seem too small or unsatisfying. To make the meal larger but still keep the calorie intake low, you might add a small serve of salad or green vegetables.

BE RAPID: Only choose Small portions

Choose only Small size options to achieve a daily intake 720 calories.

Add snacks and side meals for additional calories and nutrients.

Choosing only Small Portions will meet the calorific and nutritional needs for rapid weight loss and becoming ketogenic, without missing out on important nutrients.

Small portions are recommended for all phases of weight loss surgery to maximise preoperative and post operative weight loss.

 

BE ACTIVE: Choose a combination of Small and Full

Combine a breakfast (200cal) with one Small portion (250 cal) and one Full portion (500 cal) per day to achieve a daily intake of 950 calories.

Add snacks and side meals for additional calories and nutrients.

 

BE PUMPED: Choose ONLY Full Portions

For breakfast, there is only one portion size available, small serve. With BE PUMPED this will work in perfectly if you choose only Full size options for Lunch and Dinner to achieve a daily intake of over 1200 calories.
