You choose from our delicious range of meals that are made from high quality, wholesome and fresh ingredients including a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Each meal contains a healthy source of protein and 4 – 12 different vegetables for added fibre and pre-biotics (that all leads to great ‘gut health’!)
We use a wide range of whole grains in our meals including quinoa, brown rice and wholemeal pasta – different to other rapid weight loss programs who provide synthetic meal replacement shakes and powders.
