You can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. In today’s episode we discuss the importance of changing your diet rather than focusing on punishing yourself with exercise to lose weight. Understand how a balanced diet alone will provide you with weight loss and how exercise should be used for enjoyment.

Importance of Walking

Because your food (energy) intake is very low on The Refresh Program™ you may have lower energy levels, making it more difficult to partake in high intensity exercise. Instead, we recommended light exercise such as walking. Exercise assists with weight loss, muscle growth and improved quality of life.
