Ingredients:
1 slice of low carb protein bread
1/2 medium avocado (40g)
Optional: chilli flakes, squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
Toast low carb bread
Meanwhile, peel skin of avocado and place in a small bowl to smash up with a fork until it forms a smooth puree (or less if you prefer it chunky)
Add lemon juice and chilli flakes if desired
Once toast is ready, spread avocado evenly over toast
Ingredients:
1 slice of low carb protein bread
1/2 banana
1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
Optional: 1/4 tsp chia seeds
Method:
Toast low carb bread
Cut banana into slices and place onto toasted bread
Drizzle with sugar free maple syrup
Sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.
