Tips on why you should avoid intense exercise

It is not recommended to partake in high-intensity exercise routinely when on a low-calorie diet because your energy intake is low. This means you may have lower energy levels. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do anything though, it just means that perhaps you shouldn't go too hard. Walking, light jogging and yoga are great ways to keep the body moving and maintain lean muscle while on a program.
