What are the benefits of exercise?

Today, we discuss why exercise alone won't achieve weight loss, and why it has to be combined with diet.

Ever heard of the saying you are what you think?

Imagine a certain situation over and again, with you at your goal weight. How will you feel? What will you be wearing? What will be other people's reactions?

Sooner or later you will attract it into your life, provided you don’t let contradictory thoughts enter your mind. Start with simple situations first, to gain faith and experience with this process.

Diet & Exercise

When it comes to weight loss, the two key elements are diet and exercise. However, it is possible to lose weight without exercising, but not often the other way around.

Exercise has excellent benefits for mental health and your mindset when it comes to dieting, but there’s no need to push yourself.

If you’re already doing low or moderate exercise, we recommend that you continue to do this. If you’re not exercising at the moment, a short walk can do wonders for your metabolism, helping your body adjust to a healthy lifestyle.

Calories in vs. Calories out

Sometimes it's not all about the calories.

Food should be seen by the nutrition it provides. And, sometimes it's the nutrition that makes all the difference!

Eating good food will make you feel better!
