We are so glad to have you on board for our 28-Day Refresh Program™.  The first thing you need to do to start off on the best foot possible is listen to your welcome podcast.

The Refresh Program™

Each day on The Refresh Program™ has been nutritionally planned so you achieve incredible results, lose the weight you hope to lose, all while gaining the nourishment your body needs.

YOUR DAILY PLAN SHOULD CONTAIN:

Two Tony Ferguson High Protein shakes
One Be Fit Food meal
Two protein snacks
PLUS... Your Recommended Extras:

Side salads and non-starchy vegetables should be added to your Be Fit Food meals, and even served with your Tony Ferguson High Protein shakes, to give your day some freshness and fill you up with the ingredients that are essential for a healthy gut. You will find a list of allowed foods in our Recommended Extras section below.

In addition to this, you may have chosen to order your protein snacks within your program, but you can substitute and make your own from our Recommended Extras list as well.  If you chose to make your own and didn't purchase any snacks, please ensure they come from this list.

Do your best to drink at least 2 litres of water each day as well.

NOTE:  You can choose a Be Fit Food meal for any meal of the day - you are not restricted to just dinner.

Recommended Extras

To ensure you have everything you need to start your program, print out a copy of our Recommended Extras list below and go shopping for everything you will need to maximise your daily allowance on the program.

We strongly encourage you to add extras to all three of your meals, including the times you have your Tony Ferguson High Protein shakes. This guide will offer ways to dress salads or add extra flavour to your food.

There are so many ways to use your Recommended Extras list:  Substituting your snacks with alternatives is a terrific way to add freshness and variety to your 28 days, and if you like to sweeten your coffee or tea, or prefer alternatives to water to keep hydrated, this guide will give you recommendations on ways to do this as well.
