Menstruation (Days 1–5)

Your body is losing iron and energy can dip. Be Fit Food’s high-protein meals with iron-rich options and wholefood ingredients help replenish nutrients and support recovery.

Focus: Replenish iron and support energy levels
Recommended meals: Beef Madras Curry or Italian Beef Meatballs Rich in heme iron to help counter iron loss during bleeding.
Chunky Chicken, Ham & Sweet Corn Soup Comforting, hydrating, and protein-rich, while being gentle on digestion.

Follicular Phase (Days 6–14)

Ovulation (Around Day 14)

Luteal Phase (Days 15–28)
