You will receive your food delivery in the first week of the challenge. We recommend that you store it in the freezer and kick start the challenge with everyone else in the challenge group. We aim for everyone to be on the same day at the same time, so that if you’re feeling challenged… you’ll get support from others who are experiencing the same thing.
With each challenge, our offers change (and get better). More information will come about your extras delivery.
So that your food is all ready for the second part of the challenge, you will be asked to place your second order early on in the challenge. We will let you know when.
If you are in Western Australia, you will need to order 4 weeks at the start. We will call you to organise this after you sign up.

Our Dietitians will also be available in the closed challenge group communications, so you can ask questions whenever they pop up.
We recommend choosing preferably lean meats as well as salads or vegetables would be your best option. Additionally, watch out for chips, pastas, added sauces/dressings and alcoholic drinks.
If you do eat a meal that is higher in carbohydrate and your body goes out of ketosis, it shouldn’t be for too long as it is only one meal. It is still important to enjoy yourself socially, however moderation is key. As long as you continue on your Be Fit program for every other meal that day and the day after, it really should not have too much of an effect. This might be a good place to practice eating in moderation and understanding your own hunger levels.

While you are on the 28 day challenge you will be provided with 4 weeks of the Be Rapid program. Our Be Rapid Program is a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) providing approximately 820-920 calories and around 50- 60g of carbohydrate per day. Our Be Rapid program is designed to induce mild nutritional ketosis, for optimal fat burning and Rapid weight loss.
You will get a breakfast, lunch or dinner and two snacks. Additionally, we provide you with an ‘Recommended Extras Guide’ that consists of a variety of nutritious (low-starch) vegetable and salad items, protein-based snacks and low-carb fruit options. Each meal has approximately the same number of calories, so feel free to mix and match as you choose, just ensure you eat everything in the day for maximum results! The above table is a suggested day on the program.
People join our 28-day challenges for many reasons which include feeling healthier, improving their mood, enhancing gut health, reducing blood pressure, cholesterol, improving their Diabetes management and weight loss too. On average, our participants have lost 5 kg in two weeks with a maximum weight loss in the 28 days of 14.6 kgs.*

When you’ve worked hard to lose weight quickly, you’re obviously going to want to maintain your results! Be rest assured that weight loss from a rapid weight loss program is maintainable when followed by weight maintenance. It is important when weight loss is achieved, an active weight maintenance program is adhered to that supports behavioural therapy, nutritional education and exercise. Not only does alcohol contain additional calories, carbs and sugar, it has an immediate effect on the liver, and pauses your ability to burn other nutrient therefore making you more likely to store your next meal as fat in your body, therefore we recommend avoiding alcohol whilst completing the 28 day challenge.
If you would like an occasional alcoholic drink, it would be best to opt for a low carbohydrate spirit such as vodka with soda water and lime. Another alternative is a glass of red wine as supported by the Mediterranean diet. We understand you can be on our meal programs for quite some time and social events and special occasions arise. It is completely up to you how you would like to approach them. Moderation and balance is key.
