Our 7 Day Reset program has been scientifically formulated by a doctor & team of accredited dietitians to bring you a low carb, high protein & nutritionally balanced meal program to help you lose weight quickly.
The 7 Day Reset program is a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) designed to induce mild nutritional ketosis by providing approximately 800-900 calories per day and around 40-70g of carbohydrates. This program allows the body burn stored fat rather than carbohydrates as fuel, resulting in rapid weight loss.
Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and 15g of carbs.
