Our Challenge Yourself 14 Day program is the perfect way to eat yourself better. If you're new to Be Fit Food or up for a challenge, this program, formulated by a doctor & team of accredited dietitians, provides you with all the meals, support & resources to help you safely lose around 5kg* in two weeks.
You’ll have opportunities to consult with our accredited Be Fit Food Dietitians, receive access to daily podcasts & exclusive daily content on our Challenge Yourself platform, which will help guide you through each day of the 14 day program.
The Challenge Yourself 14 Day program is a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) designed to induce mild nutritional ketosis by providing approximately 800-900 calories per day and around 40-70g of carbohydrates. This program allows the body to burn stored fat rather than carbohydrates as fuel, resulting in rapid weight loss.
Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and 15g of carbs.
