Our Intermittent Fasting program is designed to provide you with low carb, high protein, nutritionally balanced meals for intermittent fasting 2 days a week, over a 4 week period.
The Intermittent Fasting program is a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) designed to replace your lunch, dinner & snack, with approximately 500 calories and around 40g protein and 40g of carbohydrates per day, 2 days a week. This program allows for gradual weight loss or weight maintenance.
Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and 15g of carbs.
