"I decided to join the Be Fit Food challenge after seeing them on Shark Tank, and having put on some weight during COVID-19 lockdown, I really wanted a quick and easy way to shred some weight before the weather warmed up. It looked too good to be true! But it wasn’t. I lost 4.5kg in 2 weeks (despite a naughty cheat meal on day 10). Such a great and easy way to kickstart my weight loss journey, and the food was delicious! I felt amazing on the program. I loved feeling in control, I didn’t have to think about what to eat, and I was never hungry. Every day my work pants felt looser and looser. I’m feeling great since finishing the program, and I’m continuing to eat healthily but I miss having the ease of not having to plan what to eat.
