To develop a health Gut Microbiome you must choose a wide variety of plant-based foods vegetables, whole-grains and fruit, every day to feed the friendly bacteria with dietary fibre (prebiotics).

Choosing a lower-carb, moderate protein, moderate fat, high fibre approach to eating with a high vegetable/salad content with small amounts of lean meat/fish/dairy throughout the day will assist with better appetite control and weight management.
