Consider having your dressings/sauces on the side to minimise extra calories/sugar/sodium
Make the meal protein-based and less based on carbohydrates
Consider having a protein snack prior to eating out, that way you wonāt go into the meal so hungry that you overeat
Try to bulk up your meal with a side salad or steamed vegetables
