Our Challenge Yourself - 14 Day Program has been scientifically formulated by a doctor & team of dietitians to give you the food, resources and dietitian support to lose weight quickly through eating nutritionally balanced, real food.
Program includes your choice of:
14 x Breakfasts, 14 x Lunches, 14 x Dinners, 2 x 7 Pack Snacks
1 x Additional Extra to choose from: Food Flask, Lunchbox, Protein Balls, Dim Sims OR Bread.

At the end of the program you will receive a Maintenance program to keep you on track.
