Our Weight Management & Healthy Living Program uses a REAL FOOD. FAST RESULTS.™ approach to weight loss and supports healthy low-carb living. This program is grounded in the principles of a low-carbohydrate diet, as backed by CSIRO science.
Our program follows a two-step structure: Step 1: Weight Loss and Step 2: Weight Management. During the weight loss phase, our in-house dietitians will assess your required calorie intake, track your average rate of weight loss, and outline an expected timeframe to reach your goals.
Once you’ve achieved your health objectives, our dietitians provide guidance and resources to help you
EAT YOURSELF BETTER® and maintain a healthy, balanced weight long-term.
With a METABOLISM RESET™, you can reset your body’s natural metabolism while enjoying real, wholesome foods, making sustainable, healthy living achievable and enjoyable.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The aim of the Be Fit Food Weight Management & Healthy Living Program is to improve the overall health of participants by reducing body fat and implementing long term dietary changes to minimise the risk of chronic disease.
