Our 1200 Calorie program follow a low carbohydrate, well-balanced and nutritionally complete approach, providing meals with a range of essential macro and micro nutrients. By reducing the carbohydrates in your diet, you also reduce the amount of refined, processed and sugary foods you consume each day.
1200 Calorie Program is based 1200-1500 calories per day program which is suitable for gradual weight loss and management, with a more flexible eating approach when compared to our Be Rapid program, allowing the occasional glass of wine, dark chocolate or nuts whilst adhering to the low carb living philosophy.
Select 7 x breakfast, 7 x brunch, 7 x lunch, 7 x entree, 7 x dinner and 1 x snacks to complete your meal program.
Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and only 20g of carbs.
