Choose sweet and savoury snacks with the full pack in mind

Find a snack format you enjoy, from egg bites and dim sims to brownies, cookies and protein balls. Be Fit Food’s snack collection includes multi-serve products, so check the pack description and serving definition before comparing price or nutrition. A seven-pack is not the same thing as one nutrition-panel serving.

Browse current snack ordering options. The examples below explain the differences between selected products; availability and current prices are shown on their individual pages.

Understand the serving before comparing

Use the stated portion on each product page, not an assumed one-piece serving. Two egg bites make one 40g serving, while the cookie guidance specifies two cookies per serve. These are different quantities from a whole pack.

Some linked snack panels state one serving per package even though the product title says seven-pack. Where that conflict is noted on a product page, confirm the delivered pack quantity with Be Fit Food before calculating a total pack weight or nutrition. Do not multiply figures using an unverified pack assumption.

Several collection nutrition badges also differ from the linked product panels. The individual product pages preserve the panel values and identify those differences. Check the delivered label if an exact figure matters to your food planning.

Choose flavours and dietary details separately

For a savoury snack, compare egg bites with dim sims. Egg bites contain egg and milk; dim sims contain beef and pork and declare wheat, gluten and soybeans. Neither should be treated as a vegan option.

The protein balls use whey-based protein, so their vegetarian label does not mean dairy free. Sticky Date contains walnuts as well as almonds. Minty Choc includes coffee, with no quantified caffeine amount provided, and carries a caution about possible pits. Lemon & Coconut contains dried apple as well as lemon.

Review the full allergen declaration for the exact flavour. The two cookie recipes have different declarations. The Walnut Brownie’s “GF” title also conflicts with its “may contain gluten” statement; ask the team to confirm suitability before choosing it for a gluten-related requirement.

Snacks alongside your meals

If ordering a program, check its actual snack inclusions before adding extra packs. Programs differ, and a snack shown in this collection is not automatically included in every program. For lunch and dinner choices, browse individual meals or meal bundles.

Follow the serving and storage directions on each pack. The protein-ball descriptions recommend them chilled or frozen and caution care when eating them frozen. Do not apply those directions to dim sims, egg bites or cookies without checking their own instructions.

Snack questions

Does high protein mean the same protein amount in every snack?

No. Recipes and serving weights differ. Use the actual product panel and its serving size, rather than the collection description alone.

Are all snacks gluten free?

No. Dim sims explicitly contain wheat and gluten. Egg bites have a “may contain wheat, gluten” declaration, and the brownie has a separate label conflict to check.

Can I swap one snack for another without checking ingredients?

Check first. Milk, egg, soy, lupin and different nuts appear in different recipes. Similar flavours or pack names do not establish the same dietary suitability.

Before checkout, confirm delivery coverage, available dates, quantities and the final total. Contact Be Fit Food for pack or ingredient questions.
