Curried Pumpkin & Chicken Soup (GF)
Pumpkin, leek, carrot and potato blended with aromatic curry spices takes this wholesome soup to a new level. Pieces of hand cut chicken breast in this soup soak up the delicate flavours, warming you from within.

Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film 3cm. Heat for 4-7 mins from frozen or 2 mins from defrosted. Stir and let stand for 1 min and enjoy.
Stove: From defrosted, transfer meal to a saucepan and stir for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
If microwaving, carefully remove clear film when hot, stir and cook for another minute.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
