Your meal should have recommended cooking instructions on
the label for you to follow, however there are alternative ways to enjoy our
meals:
Main Meals
Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film 3cm. Heat for 5 mins from
frozen or 3 mins from defrosted. Let stand for 1 min and enjoy. Stove: From defrosted, transfer meal
to a fry pan and stir for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Oven: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film only 3cm. Heat at 160 degrees
for 30-40 mins from frozen or 15-20 mins from defrosted and stir
every 5-10mins. Let stand for 1 min and enjoy.
Air fryer: Remove cardboard sleeve. Remove film
completely. Heat at 160 degrees for 15-20 mins from frozen or 10-15 mins from
defrosted and stir every 5-10mins. Let stand for 1 min and enjoy.
Keep frozen.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Soups
Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film 3cm. Heat for 4-7 mins from
frozen or 2 mins from defrosted. Stir and let stand for 1 min and enjoy.
Stove: From defrosted, transfer meal to a saucepan and stir for 2-3 minutes or
until heated through.
If microwaving,
carefully remove clear film when hot, stir and cook for another minute.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep
refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Dim Sims
Microwave:Remove one dim sim from pack and place in a
microwave container. Pour over 2 tbsp water and cover loosely with lid.
Microwave for approximately 90 seconds or until cooked through.
Steaming:Steam dim sim over boiling water for 10
minutes or until heated through
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep
refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Muffins
Microwave: Remove from plastic wrapping. From frozen, heat for 2 minutes.
Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
Sandwich press: To enjoy your muffin
with a crunchy twist, remove from plastic wrapping and heat for 30 seconds.
Slice muffin in half and place in baking paper lined sandwich press for 1-2
minutes.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep
refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Smoothies
Defrost: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Shake well and enjoy.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep
refrigerated at less than 5 degrees. Consume within 1 day of opening.
Eggs
Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film 3cm.
Heat for 4-7 minutes from frozen or 3 minutes from defrosted (5 Veg Eggs: 7-8 minutes from frozen and 3-4 minutes from defrosted). Carefully remove
clear film when hot, stir and cook for another minute if needed. Let stand for
1 minute and enjoy.

frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Egg
Bites
Microwave: Remove plastic lid and gently place on top.
Heat for 1-2 minutes from frozen or 30 secs-1 min from defrosted.
Oven: Remove 6 egg bites from container and place
in oven safe dish. Heat at 160 degrees for 10-15 mins from frozen or 5-10 mins
from defrosted. Let stand for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Air
Fryer: Heat at 160 degrees for
8-10 mins from frozen or 5-6 mins from defrosted. Let stand for 30 seconds and
enjoy.
Keep
frozen. Once defrosted do not re-freeze product. Frozen product lasts 12 months
Bircher
Defrost: Defrost in the fridge overnight and once
thawed can be enjoyed cold.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted,
keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Smoothie
Defrost: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Shake well and
enjoy.
Keep
frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at less than 5 degrees. Consume
within 1 day of opening.
Granola
Serve
with 100g of yoghurt, milk, or alternatives. See our granola information sheet.
Store in a cool
and dry place.
Porridge
Microwave: Add porridge to a microwave safe bowl, add
160ml of water to porridge and replace lid lightly. Cook for 60 seconds on
high. Sit for one minute, stir and heat for a further 15-30 seconds if needed.
Add more water to adjust the texture.
Stove: Add porridge to a saucepan with 160ml of
water. Stir over a medium heat continuously for 2-3 minutes until desired
texture is achieved.
Store
in a cool and dry place. Consume immediately after cooking.
Protein
Balls
Store
them in freezer and enjoy frozen or thawed.
Keep
frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 14 days.
Protein
Loaf
Either
store in the fridge (1-4°C) for up to 5 days or in the freezer (-18°C) for 3
months and put straight in the toaster to serve.
Cookies
Simply
tear open the packet and enjoy! There are two cookies in each packet for you to
eat!
Store
at room temperate, use by the date on the back of the packaging.
