The meals are high in protein, low in carbohydrates and portion-controlled to create a calorie deficit and mild nutritional ketosis. Depending on the program selected, daily intake is generally between 800 and 1,100 calories.
Results will vary depending on your starting weight, age, gender, medical history, and level of physical activity. However, most people following our Metabolism Reset Program can expect to lose approximately 2–5 kg in the first two weeks. This rate of weight loss may slow over time.
