We have one main goal at Be Fit Food: We want to help Australians to eat themselves better.

There’s no denying that lifestyle diseases are a heavy burden on our health care system today and we know our food choices can aid in prevention and management. Our current public health messages lack education in adequate nutrition. For example, how diets high in carbohydrates, excessive calories and added sugar and sodium can impact on our weight and general health & wellbeing.

That’s why our founder, Kate Save, an accredited practising dietitian & exercise physiologist, started Be Fit Food.

Each of the Be Fit Food programs give our customers the food, resources and dietitian support they need to achieve weight loss in a healthy and safe manner and sustain their weight loss long-term through eating a nutrient-rich diet. Be Fit Food offers a weight management solution that uses real food rather than synthetic shakes, bars, juice cleanses or detox teas.

In addition to weight loss outcomes, Be Fit Food programs teach individuals about portion control, nutritional adequacy and sustainable behaviour changes for long-term weight management. It empowers individuals to take control of their own health. It may also assist in maintenance of a healthy gut microbiome, whereas meal replacement shakes, and bars have been proven to have a negative effect on gut health.

We have created this resource page to help you navigate our products, programs and resources, so you feel more confident with Be Fit Food. We also provide training sessions for health professionals online and can offer you the opportunity to be a part of our health professionals directory - simply click the icons at the bottom of this page.
