Choose prepared meals that fit your everyday routine

Make room for the meals you enjoy without starting every lunch or dinner from scratch. Be Fit Food’s Healthy Meals collection brings together prepared mains, soups, breakfast options and snacks. Start with the type of food you need, then compare the actual recipe, portion and price on each product page.

This guide highlights selected examples from the range. It is not a complete menu or a promise that every item is currently available. Open the current collection to browse the available ordering options.

Choose the amount of meal planning you want

Check the recipe behind the name

Dietary filters can help you narrow the menu, but the product declaration is the important next check. Wholemeal Beef Lasagne contains wheat and gluten, while Gluten Free Beef Lasagne is a separate product. A vegetarian dish may contain egg or cheese. Coconut milk in a curry does not establish that the complete recipe is dairy free.

Read both the ingredients and the full allergen declaration, including “may contain” statements. When your order arrives, check the delivered label too. For help choosing food that suits your needs, you can book a free dietitian consultation.

Ordering, preparation and delivery

Open each selected product for its current price, quantity and ordering options. Before checkout, check your postcode coverage and delivery schedule, then review delivery charges and the final order total.

Preparation differs across the range. An egg breakfast, bircher, soup and snack do not share one universal heating method. Follow the storage and preparation directions on each pack; the help centre provides further guidance.

Questions about choosing meals

Does this collection mean every product has the same nutrition?

No. Recipes, portion sizes and nutrition differ. Compare the actual product panels rather than applying a collection-wide calorie or protein figure.

Is everything a single main meal?

No. The wider collection also includes other formats. Check whether the listing is a main, breakfast, smoothie, snack pack or accessory before comparing prices.

Can a meal name tell me which side is included?

Not reliably. For example, Thai Green Chicken Curry lists brown rice, while Indian Chicken Curry does not list rice. Read the specific recipe rather than assuming a side is supplied.
