If recommended for your DNA, this plan is designed to use protein to balance your genetic disposition to snacking.

CLEAN & LEAN

The Clean & Lean plan is packed with protein to help keep your hunger at bay, and low in fat (focusing on healthy fats like Omega-3). It's a clean and lean way of eating fresh and natural foods.

When matched to your genetic profile, eating Clean & Lean will help you manage your cravings and snacking. It's high in protein to fill you up, limits your fat intake, but focuses on healthy Omega-3 fats.

LITE & TRIM

Trim down your overall fat intake and increase fresh whole foods with the Lite & Trim plan.

We've maximised healthy fats (polyunsaturated and plant monounsaturated) for your dietary requirements.

If you have a Lite & Trim nutrition profile this plan will ensure you won't eat more than you need and store excess calories as fat.

Lite & Trim features Omega-3 fats as they help people with your genes manage their weight more effectively.

MEDITERRANEAN

The Mediterranean plan focuses on fibre-rich, natural foods with a good dose of healthy fats like olive oil.

If eating like a Mediterranean is in your genes then a diet focused on healthy fats, fibre and natural foods is the most effective and sustainable way of eating for you.
