This program is also the perfect stepping stone for those ready to move on from our 7-Day Be Rapid or 14-Day Metabolism Reset programs.
With the ‘Monthly Maintenance Program’, you to choose 28 meals and 28 snacks. You can either replace 2 meals and 2 snacks per day for 14 days or take things one step further and just replace 1 meal and 1 snack per day for 28 days.
The key to achieving your health and wellness goals is to plan. Therefore, this program is flexible as it allows you to compensate however you see fit for a ‘’big weekend’’ or even a week away. You can move your weekend meals during the week to replace 2 meals and 2 snacks per day, then revert back to just replacing 1 meal and 1 snack per day for long term maintenance. However you choose to set up your eating habits, the Monthly Maintenance Program is the perfect way to keep your ultimate health and wellness goals in mind.
Although we strongly recommend a 7-Day or 14-Day Metabolism Refresh or Reset each quarter, our Be Maintenance program will let you enjoy those celebrations without losing sight of your goals and without letting that scale creep back up again.
