
Vegetable & Chickpea Frittata (GF) (V)
This popular vegetarian dish is filled with hand-chopped fresh vegetables and herbs. A light fluffy frittata that is only heavy on the protein and nutrients. Three different types of cheese have been added for flavour and creamy texture, while chickpeas add not only protein but fibre too.

Keep frozen, once thawed can be enjoyed cold or see below for heating instructions.
Heating instructions
Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film 3cm. Heat for 4-7 minutes from frozen or 2 minutes from defrosted. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy.
Stove: From defrosted, transfer meal to a fry pan and stir for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Oven: Remove cardboard sleeve. Peel back film only 3cm. Heat at 160 degrees for 15-25 minutes from frozen or 5-10 minutes from defrosted. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy.
Air fryer: Remove cardboard sleeve. Remove film completely. Heat at 160 degrees for 10 minutes from frozen or 5-10 minutes from defrosted. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy.
If microwaving, carefully remove clear film when hot, and cook for another minute.
