Eligible NDIS Customers can enjoy meals from around $2.50 per meal.

Be Fit Food as your NDIS Meal Provider can help whether your NDIS Plan is Self-Managed, Plan-Managed or an Agency-Managed. Our main goal is to help all Australians Eat Themselves Better. We believe food is the first medicine and our food choices can aid in prevention and management of lifestyle diseases.

All our recipes are developed based on nutritional science and are Doctor and Dietitian designed. All Be Fit Food’s Meals are snap-frozen to lock in nutrients and delivered to your door. Be Fit Food NDIS Funded Meals are designed to help control blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels. They are all designed to give you nutritional balance over the day with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options available.

We offer our meals in three convenient options:
1. Programs: Complete meal plans that include all your meals and snacks.
2. Bundles: Groups of meals, such as all breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or snacks.
3. Individual Meals: Choose and purchase meals one at a time to suit your needs.


We cater for various dietary requirements such as vegetarian/vegan, dairy free and gluten free.
Be Fit Food is different from other meal providers on the NDIS because we also provide free dietitian support to all customers.

ADVOCACY LETTER

If you're an NDIS participant, our team of Accredited Practising Dietitians is here to support you. We can assess your dietary needs and provide a professional advocacy letter to help you secure funding for meal preparation and delivery in your NDIS plan.

Unlike other ready-made meal companies, we also offer complimentary support from our Dietitians so that you are getting the most out of your experience with Be Fit Food. We provide a range of meals which cater to different dietary requirements and taste preferences including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.

If you have any special requirements, you are able to book a free Dietitian consultation to discuss which meals are best suited to your needs.

We understand that things change and are flexible to accommodate your needs.

You can make a one-off order, or arrange a recurring order which can be cancelled at any time.

We work with three different types of NDIS care plans including self managed, plan managed and agency managed. 

If you are unsure of which plan you are on, please contact the NDIS who will be able to assist (and we can help you from there). 

To place your order under the NDIS, you first need to complete an enquiry form with some personal details about yourself and how your care plan is managed.

This is because the ordering process is slightly different depending on which type of care plan you have. You can fill out your enquiry form on this page.  

If ready-made meals are part of your plan, NDIS will fund a portion of meals which covers meal preparation and delivery. There will still be out-of-pocket costs for you which covers the cost of the raw ingredients.

As a general guideline, the NDIS usually covers 70% of your total cost and you are eligible for the remaining 30% of the price.

There are three different ways that NDIS customers can order with Be Fit Food and how payment is collected varies depending on which type of NDIS care plan you have. 

Self Managed: You pay the full order amount up front and Be Fit Food provides you with a receipt to make your claim to the NDIS.

Plan Managed: You pay a co-payment of about 30% of your order amount and we will take care of the rest!

Agency Managed: You pay a co-payment of about 30% of your order amount and we will take care of the rest!
