A flavourful protein-packed Spanish inspired meal with chorizo, red capsicum, corn, spring onion and spinach. Simply cook in the microwave or defrost and cook in a frypan for a perfect breakfast omelette.

Microwave: Peel corner of film before heating. From frozen, heat for 2-3 minutes. From defrosted, heat for 1-2 minutes. Heat further if required. Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
Stove: From defrosted, pre-heat a non-stick frypan and cook omelette until no liquid egg is visible.
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
