Exclusive Defeat Diabetes offer: $35 off your first order

Use code DEFEATDIABETES at checkout to receive $35 off your first order over $99.

Defeat Diabetes Low Carb Program helps people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes transition to a low carb approach to improve their blood glucose management and achieve remission.

We do this by helping members understand their condition, how processed carbohydrates like oats and bread plus starchy vegetables cause blood glucose spikes and how to cook simple, delicious meals that improve blood glucose management.

But not everyone wants to cook. And even those who enjoy being in the kitchen need time off.

Our partnership with Be Fit Food is all about convenience. Whether you're short on time, energy, or simply can’t be bothered to cook, you can rely on a Defeat Diabetes-approved meal from Be Fit Food to keep you on track with your health goals.

Get $35 off your first order when you spend $99 or more.

How to get the most from Be Fit Food

At Defeat Diabetes, we’re all about feeling full. Low-carb isn’t meant to be a mean or frugal way of eating. We’re about abundance, not restrictive eating. When eating Be Fit Food meals, you’ll slowly recondition yourself to understand what a correct portion should look like – making it easier to manage your weight in the future. You might initially think the Be Fit Food meals are small, so try adding some low carb veggies and salads if you feel hungry. Here are a few of our favourite ways to keep hunger at bay:

  • Start with a cup of hearty bone broth or low carb soup from your fridge.
  • Add a side of steamed, roasted or microwaved veg drizzled with olive oil.
  • Make a plentiful side salad with a healthy fat dressing.
  • Have boiled eggs in the fridge ready to add to any meal.
  • Supplement with a supermarket-bought low carb bread and a smear of nut butter.
  • Enjoy a wedge of cheese or a slice of avocado with a Defeat Diabetes cracker or a handful of nuts after dinner.
  • Finish your meal with some berries and full-fat Greek yoghurt.
